Who is not anything as responsible as Dave was. While Dave is gone he has enrolled them into the local school to keep them out of trouble while he recovers. The chipmunks are asked to help the school save their music program by having them perform at a local music contest which has a prize of $25,000. But the Chipmunks unexpectedly meet their match in three singing chipmunks known as The Chipettes -– Brittany, Eleanor and Jeanette. Romantic and musical sparks are ignited when the Chipmunks and Chipettes square off.
